It wasn't supposed to happen. It was an accident. Oh God, I'm so sorry Cid. Level 6 Pidgey vs Level 3 Pidgey. Cid (Level 6) had 80% of his health, the wild Pidgey (Level 3) was one hit away from death. Cid moves in for the kill. A miss. Wild Pidgey hits for critical, knocking Cid down to a third of his health. A scary moment, but we survived it together. Finish what you started Cid. Another miss. Wild Pidgey stepped up with another critical hit. And just like that, Cid was gone.
WHY?!?!?!?!
Thankfully the Poke-Gods realized their error and graced me with Hilda. But I will always remember my first Pidgey. RIP Cid. We hardly knew ye.
